My experience at The Regency Hotel in Hatyai.
Nothing
Room was run down, TV was the old type and it's program was limited. WI-FI signal in room was very very weak or non existence. You have to near the room entrance to get the signal.

worse experience
the room actually is ok but the socket is too far for us to charge our phone, if the bed side have two socket is more convenience for us. this is my first time stay in a hotel need to buy extension cable. when I ask the front counter staff about the extension cable they don't really understand english. the worse part is the hotel door boy n security guard is just like show people that your hotel have door boy n security guard but actually they do nothing when see us come back to the hotel they just walk away did not open the door for the guess. I stay at Centara Hotel in Mar & Apr their services is much better then your hotel, why I will choose your hotel is because of the booking app show that Five night stay is SGD$188 in the end I feel like I get cheated.
